I visited Seattle for the first time a few weeks ago and tried Chez Shea based on the recommendations on this board. It was excellent. I was really impressed with the food and service considering there was only one waitress for the entire place (not including the lounge). We started with a watermelon and feta salad (great combination), next was a creamy onion soup that was very tasty. I had Organic Green Beans & French Radishes for my next course and my husband had the Potato, Fennel & Penn Cove Mussel Salad. Both were extremely fresh. For my main I had a superb salmon dish with a thai preparation (lemongrass broth with coconut milk) that was unbelievably flavorful. My husband also enjoyed his main which was a Confit of Muscovy Duck Leg. For dessert I enjoyed my lemon creme brulee and I can't recall what my husband had. But it was terrific on all accounts. I suggest this place, it's lovely.
