"chewy cookie" at Yummy Bakery

This new bakery on Jackson in SF Chinatown has some unusual baked goods, both sweet and savory.

The "chewy cookie" is a delicious mystery to me. Flat and brown, like an Italian Florentine cookie, it has a chewy toffee texture with a crispy topping and tastes a little sweet, a little salty, a lot sesame-y, and meaty. Yes, meaty. Lard? Shredded dried pork sung, which shows up in other baked goods at Yummy Bakery? I don't know, but I wish I did. Photos of the sign and cookie, attached. What do the characters mean? And does this sound like a familiar Chinese bakery item or unique to Yummy Bakery?
