The sushi place we wanted to go too was closed so disappointed, we needed to just find somewhere quick and there was a Chevy's down the road.
I ordered chicken taco's and husband ordered faijitas. It look forever to get the food and we were just about ready to complain when the manager came over and apologized for the delay (turns out they had burned my chicken so they had to remake it). So he comped us a free dessert which was something they were trying to pass off as raspberry creme brulee. So after we eat our mains, the dessert comes and we take a bite (I'm sure you can guess what they put on top instead of sugar). We both looked at each other in horror at the salty/sweet taste. I should have known something was off, because it wasn't nice and brown on the top, just sort of patches of black spots. We had a good laugh about it, as it was just a capper to a pretty bad meal. I do like their salsa though.
