I'm looking to invest in a good chef's knife and am daunted by the choices out there. Hoping some of you foodies have suggestions?
Something versatile works best for me because once I start food prep I don't want to be moving from one knife to another. Would like to keep it around $100 but would spend a little more if it was really worth it. One other thing, I don't like the feel of a knife that is especially light and don't like ceramic. Help?
