does anybody know of a web page where you can find cheeses listed by their characteristics?
i like to try new kinds of cheese frequently, but i find that at stores it's not easy to get all the information you want.
right now i would like to try mostly cheeses that are produced in the US, preferably the northeast; made with non pasteurized/homogenized milk; not factory made -and available in NYC. Any kind, hard or creamy; sheep, goat or cow milk... Suggestions?
