I'm seeking a restaurant in either Strassbourg or Dijon that serves charolais beef in steak form. I'm looking for an American style _thick_ cut chop. Either a porterhouse, ribeye, or NY cut.
The only places that I've found are Cafe P'tit Max in Strassbourg. They have a couple of selections including a 330g entrecote, unfortunately it was pretty thin. In Dijon, I noticed it on the menus in Stéphane Derbord and a place I think was called Corner Grille. I haven't tried either places.
