Charleston Trip - Need Restaurant Guidance!

saradoesmakeup | Oct 2, 201801:55 PM     7

My husband and I are going to Charleston for our babymoon and my birthday. We will be there from the morning of Nov 30 and leave the morning of Dec 4. We will have four full days in total and are stay and the Dewberry. Things to note, I will be 26 weeks pregnant and I am not eating raw seafood, unpasteurized cheeses or deli meat/cured meats.

Day 1 Fri - Get in at 9 am, thinking of skipping breakfast and going straight to Leon's, Dave's Carry-Out or Nana's Seafood & Soul. I really wanted to go to Bertha's or Martha Lou's but they won't be opened when we pass them on our way from the airport. Mid-day snack/lunch what have you at either Callie's Hot Little Biscuit, Xiao Bao Biscuit. Dinner reservation is at 8:00 p.m. at Husk.

Day 2 Sat - Deciding between brunch at either SNOB or High Cotton. I know I need to make a reservation. Will likely skip lunch this day and have something sweet on the go i.e. Jenni's Ice Cream or King Street Cookies. Need major help deciding on dinner. Choices: Circa 1886, 82 Queen, Revival, The Ordinary, Chez Nous, Hank's Seafood or Peninsula Grill.

Day 3 Sun - Deciding between brunch at either Magnolia's or The MaCintosh. I know I need to make a reservation. Again, will likely skip lunch and have an on the go snack. Need major help with dinner again, same choices as above.

Day 4 Mon (MY BIRTHDAY) - Probably going to have breakfast at Miller's All Day but also thinking about Poogan's Porch or Hominy Grill. Lunch will be one of the places we didn't go to from day 1 - Leon's, Dave's Carry-Out, or Nana's Seafood & Soul. Dinner will hopefully be at FIG if we can get a table when the reservations open. I figured it's a Monday so it might not be that bad.

Questions...
1. Is it worth it to take an uber out of town center to get fried chicken at Martha Lou's or Bertha's?

2. Should one of our Saturday/Sunday brunch options be a dinner option?

3. Am I missing anything vital on this list?

4. Would you do anything differently?

I know this a lot but hopefully someone can point us in the right direction! Thank you in advance!
