Charleston - Italian food for Bridge Run, please help!

I have a reservation at Il Cortile de Re for Friday night before the bridge run. I have been there once two years ago and remember it as being very good. My running buddy says she thought it was heavy (we are being very careful the night before the run...Saturday we'll eat like there's no tomorrow). I can't find a menu on line anywhere.

Advise, please: ANyone know where I can find a recent menu copy? Should I just call the restaurant and ask for a fax? What if I called and asked if there were pasta dishes on the menu that were low fat?

I looked at Fulton Five, and every preparation looked "creamy". I'm re-considering Garibaldi's, but can't find a menu on-line for there either.

Any other suggestions?

My buddy is price sensitive as well as fat sensitive.
