Chapel Hill after football game

C'ville Mel | Oct 12, 200502:51 PM     13

I see the great thread on Chapel Hill restaurants down below and have made several notes (Lantern, Tyler's Tap Room, Carrburritos, Patio Loco). My husband and I are going to be there for the UVa-UNC (go hoos) game and wondered how that influences our choice. Game time is noon, so we should be out and ready for an early dinner around 4pm. Somewhere we could make reservations would be a plus in order to avoid the mad rush after the game. Should we eat near the stadium, hit somewhere on our way out (we'll be heading north back to Virginia), or is there another idea?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.
