Ceviche Tostadas at Mexico Lindo in New Castle DE -- Great!

I stopped at Mexico Lindo a few days ago as I was passing through New Castle, Delaware, on Route 13. This was only the third or fourth time I've been there, but it was outstanding as always. This is the only great Mexican restaurant I've eaten at on the East Coast. I've only tried ceviche a couple of times before, and I never liked it before, but I LOVED this. It was awesome. Really fresh and tangy. A pretty simple cold dish, so no wonder it was one of the cheapest on the menu at about $7.75, but really great. It didn't look like much food when they brought it out, but it was very filling. Quick service too.

But I was the only patron on a Monday evening at 7, at least until halfway through my meal when three local Spanish-speaking guys showed up, and that was it. So, anybody who's in the greater Wilmington area, go to Mexico Lindo and give this place some business.

Note that there's not much decor -- just a nice, friendly neighborhood cantina (located next to an adult bookstore with a prominent sign... hmmmmm... but don't let that put you off -- look at this way -- it just makes it easier to find Mexico Lindo -- you just have to keep an eye out for the giant "ADULT BOOKSTORE" sign!). It's on Rt. 13 south, just beyond the New Castle airport, and just before the 13/40 split and the Wal-Mart.
