Cermak Produce-hispanic market

i had a great time shopping at cermak produce, at cicero and diversey(4800west) this morning. i particularly want to mention it (there are several more, and i cant find this one in the white pages), because you wouldnt know from the name, that these are totally hispanic supermercados, with lots of interesting foods you dont find in many places. for example, i saw haitian and manila mangos, different in appearance from the standard. they have fresh epasote, fresh tamarind pulp and pods, tiny tomatillos(a little sweeter), fresh guavas, piloncillos(3 large brown sugar cones for $1), 3 kinds of mexican chocolate in addition to ibarra and abuelita, an huge and active butcher shop, frozen banana leaves, dried fish, mexican yoghurt.hardly anyone there speaks english, does anyone know what verdolaga is, it was a large stemmed herb or green vegetable with rounded leaves? joan
