Lido in the Dolphin Bay Resort (Pismo / Shell Beach) - chef Brian Collins is returning to American Flatbread in Los Alamos on May 17, which will be the first Thursday of their new extended 4 dinner nights/week schedule.

Pandee Pearson form. of Windows on the Water (Morro Bay), Adelina, Gardens of Avila, will replace Brian as Executive Chef. Neil Smith is now chef at WotW.

As I mentioned in an earlier thread, Luna Red is in the process of moving from their old location on Monterey St. down the block to the former Mission Grill and Native Lounge on Chorro across from the Mission. Original plan was to be finished moving right about now.

Further north in Paso Robles the two major wine tasting venues on the park are no more, Meritage, next to Basil Thai on the south side is now vacant with a hand written note just providing an address either on 46 W or Vineyard Dr. as a tasting site, and the one on the north side of the park has been replaced by the new Mexican place Estella.
