cauliflower w/ capers and raisins

Yum! I never tried it before. I know I didn't invent it or anything, but I just wanted to let you know, it's deLICIOUS!

Cauliflower, garlic, a little anchovy, capers, raisins, pine nuts, white wine. Toss w/ pasta. I used penne, but I would use shells or orrechiette(sp) next time to catch all of the goodies.

Served with steamed kale and turkey weinerschnitzel.

The recipe I used is linked below. My only complaint was it wasn't really "saucy" enough, but I have definitely found my new food that I will eat and eat until never want to see it again.
