Had a great meal in a new place in Winchester called Catch. As the name would suggest seafood is quite prevalent. Started off with the calamari app. Mostly rings on a round of room temp Yukon mashed with basil oil drizzle. Very simple and good. My partner had the beet salad which she raved about.

Second course I had the Dayboat scallops topped with shortrib raviolis. Excellent!
My partner had the Lobster which she raved about. Aparrently he changes the menu around every day depending on the freshest ingredients he can find.

The wine list is 100% American and has a good variety. We had a great Arrowood Viognier and a Byron Pinot Noir both reasonably priced.

Desserts were simple but good.
