Cast iron wok

My new cast iron wok seems to work well with my (unfortunately) electric stove. If you patiently let it heat up, it gets hotter than hell--especially at the very bottom. Though it's traditionally rounded inside, it has a flat bottom for good heat contact with the heating element. It needed to be seasoned and it's very heavy, but it seems pretty good overall. I'd appreciate hearing from other users of this somewhat oddball utensil
