Is anyone familiar with a BBQ restaurant in Moyock, N.C. on the West side of Hwy. (S.R.?) 168 just across the border from Virginia. It is in what appears to be a chain-burger type building. This was my first experience with true Carolina BBQ and the memory of that tender pork and succulent sauce is permenantly imprinted on my memory. I ordered two sandwiches and was so bowled over I bought two more to go and ate them cold for breakfast the next morning.
I am trying to compile a collection of personal restaurant reviews from my travels and try to take notes from most places where I have dined, unfortunately I was in such gastronomic bliss as I floated out of this place, I forgot to write down it's name. Any information on this place or recommendations on BBQ in the South (the more back-woodsy and remote, the better) is appreciated.
