Steer clear of this joint in Orlando!!!
I had the 'chicken balsamico', which was literaly swimming in balsamic, thus it looked like mud.
My husband had the special of the house, 'Chicken Cariera', pan fried chicken with mushrooms, onions, procuitto and a hunk of mozzarela in a 'butter' sauce. It was truly awful. His exact words when it arrived were, "it looks like star wars food".
The fried ravioli's we started with were very tasty and seemed quite fresh, so we didn't start to question the kitchen, till the people next to us sent back their food. Their exact words were that the chicken tasted 'boiled'.
I'm planning to call and tell the manager, because I don't trust our server to tell anyone that anything was wrong.
Just wanted to put this out there.
ps-Amura for Japanese was a fun place, and my husband loved the service at Salt Island.
