I bought some low carb, low cal, wheat tortillas. Okay, it's really pointless and why both you ask. Well, my hubby decided he wants to do low card diet, so hence the cardboard like substance. (Actually, it's not bad, but I definite prefer real tortillas).
I was trying to make quesadillas with it and found no matter how long you "pan fry" the thing, it will not crisp up. Any idea what ingridents is making it do that?
