I need some help with ideas for a birthday dinner for a couple who has recently started a low (no) carb diet. I want to support them in this, but also want to plan a special meal. Mainly I think I'm struggling with the sides... so would love help with a complete menu not just the main protein.
eg. A roast is nice, but how do you have a roast with gravy and no potatoes? (cauliflower mash just isn't the same)
Fish or seafood, with out rice or pasta?
Any advice for a menu plan?
