Caramel Toffee smh...

missyrichard29 | Aug 25, 201804:41 PM

Well!! I was trying to make toffee... I was so excited! it was turning out really well.. I noticed that there was some little white blobs in it. At first, I thought that maybe it was butter that hadn't dissolved yet... I got my wax paper out and started to roll the toffee mixture out on it... Come to find out, the white blobs that I was seeing, wasn't butter. It was pieces of the spatula that had melted while cooking this stuff. smh I think my adventure in making candy has come to an end! LOL
