We just had a bunch of new and extremely delicious flavors at Capogiro.
Ginger Butternut Squash: similar to pumpkin flavor but a touch sweeter and with cinnamon as well as ginger.
Bourbon Butterscotch: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Very rich and buttery butterscotch without the saltiness that the caramel flavors often have.
There was also quince (friends said it was very good), Asian Pear, and Pumpkin which we just tasted but did
not have in a full dish.
We can't get enough of their experiments and new flavors which surprise us when we visit. I hope that the butterscotch goes into 'heavy rotation' like my favorites of Bitter Chocolate and Pistacio.
