I just saw Seville Oranges at Gourmet Garage, and I want to make marmalade. I have a canning pot, but does anyone know a source for canning jars in NYC (Ball or Kerr jars, not the fancy, expensive ones you find at places like Williams-Sonoma)?

I also need a pot to cook the marmalade in. It has to be LARGE (the recipe uses 9 oranges, 6# of sugar and 21 cups of water), nonreactive, and preferably broad and shallow rather than deep and narrow (not a stockpot). It doesn't need to be super high quality such as All Clad (can't afford a pot that size in All Clad). I don't want to spend too much, so places like Bridge and Williams-Sonoma are out. Can anyone recommend a place to go to look for such a pot?
