Someone on this board turned me on to Cambozola black (rather than the more common blue) label. Although the blue label is a good "gateway" blue cheese, it's a bit lacking in character for a more experienced cheese lover. The black is has a richer, creamier texture and a more pronounced flavor.
Since it's hard to find, I thought I'd post that today I found it at Costco in the Bay Area (for $10.99/lb.).
