I'm growing a little frustrated from having to pay close to $9/day for my protein shake. There is an extra cost when I ask for the better quality protein and for the vitamins and minerals as well as the other healthy additions on the menu that I can't pronounce.

Can the protein shake experts help me with:

1- What protein do you use, except soy, it doesn't agree with me :(
2- The blender you recommend.
3- Great tasting recipes including all the little extra health and energy promoting stuff you add (no sugar, no dairy! I do like almond milk and rice milk, but not soy)
