I need to make a cake tonight, and planned to make "Le Glorieaux", from "Mastering the Art of French Cooking, volume 2" by Julia Child, but can't find my copy of the book. I tried Amazon's 'Search Inside the Book' feature, but couldn't get it to work, and I don't have time to go to a bookstore.
I have made this cake lots of times, so I don't need the whole recipe. But there are 2 details I can't remember. If someone who has a copy handy could post them, I would really appreciate it. They are:
1. In the cake, is the cornstarch sifted?
2. How much butter is in the filling?
