We went here for lunch yesterday, it's in Lombard Plaza on Reidville Dr in Waterbury, CT. The plaza with the new Aldi's. Is was a surprise. We were going to go to Frankie's next door but decided to check out the menu at Paolo and it looked like a lighter alternative. Very eclectic interior! Someone did a lot of work on this place. Make sure you go in the bathroom and check out all the painting. I had the meatball panino and my buddy had the chicken caesar wrap. Both came with a small side salad and were very tasty. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait and they were very friendly. The family seated next to us got complimentary italian ice for dessert, we did not! I would definitely go back to this place.
