What a fabulous find. A tapas place in Banff, very fun and hip but not loudly trendy inside, with one of the most creative (and often obscene -- literally) wine lists you're likely to see anywhere. We had so much fun stuff: chickpea and chorizo sausage ragout, lamb lolipops with potato puree, two unbelievably good wines, great crusty bread.
The two members of the staff -- including the woman who appears to own or at least run the place -- we encountered were by far our two favorites the whole time we stayed there. We were very full and yet the desserts looked so tempting, as did the two iced wines we were looking at on the menu. We asked one of them what she thought, and she said, "If I had to choose, I would choose ... both." We did, and they were both awesome.
