Cafe Bagus (Bali)

Please help! About 15 years ago, I spent a summer in Bali and probably ate at Bagus 20 times. I think it's still around and is (in my words) the Balinese equivalent of a seafood shack. I just remember I always ordered the grilled lobster which was cut open and seasoned then served with rice and this dark sauce on the side. Can anyone tell me what the ingredients or name of this style is? Would love to replicate it as its one of my favorite seafood preparations ever...
