'Ca del Sole: never eat brunch here

Me | Oct 20, 200305:04 PM     1

Bland, undercooked food. That's the summary.
They give you complimentary mimosas or bellinis, great if you want to drink. But what if you want a nice juice or fresh-squeezed oj? They don't have fresh-squeezed oj. The oj tastes like it came from concentrate.

My mom got the poached eggs and grilled zuccini. The zuccini wasn't bad but it was lost afloat undercooked, bland eggs. No toast provided. $7.95

I got the omlette with spinach and ham. Said items were served on the side, next to an omlette like egg creation that was browned on the outside but gushing water on the inside and undercooked. The ham was a prosciutto consistency, but excessively fatty and stringy and didn't taste that great. The spinach was ok. $8.50

Passed on dessert. Figured we'd quit while we were ahead.
