I spent the summer doing health work in Rwanda and will now be hosting three Rwandan medical students who are doing rotations of our university hospital. I'd like to make them a traditional Rwandan "buffet" and cassava leaves are part and partial to this meal. Any ideas where I can buy cassava leaves in Philadelphia? Maybe at an Asian produce market? Or a hispanic produce market (cassava is the same thing as yuca, after all). To clarify, I want the leaves not the roots. Any leads would be most appreciated!
