where can I buy Brick Paper

Britboy | Mar 14, 2005 02:35 PM

I went to a cooking demonstration at Tersiguels on saturday and Chef Michel used Brick Paper as the wrapper for a baked chicken dish. Unfortunately, neither he or any of the other attendee's knew of a local source for this ingredient. Any hounds out there know of anywhere I can buy it or do I need to make my own? I don't want to substitute Philo as the texture is wrong
