Does anyone have a good recipe for butterscotch pudding? I tried to adapt the recipe for butterscotch cream pie from my Good Housekeeping cookbook, but it calls for flour and the results were less than wonderful. I searched epicurious and came up with a Gourmet recipe that calls for way too much corn starch and another recipe that doesn't call for butter (what's up with that?).
I broke down and bought Swiss Miss the other day, which shows just how desparate I am.
