Does anyone happen to know what became of the butcher who used to work at a small specialty market in La Jolla, called Pepper's? They went out of business suddenly, and I haven't been able to find where this excellent butcher went. He made the most fabulous sausages with coarsely-ground pork(there was actually texture, the good kind, in these sausages)onions, tomatoes and perhaps garlic. I would love to find these sausages again...any ideas??? Thanks!
