Wow - picked up a pack of 4 at Byerly's to try ($8.25 - worth it). All pork, was thinking it might be all beef, better all pork - happy. Griddle'd on the cast iron --Fantastic flavor!!
Put in a split top bun I made out of a seeded loaf from Cosettas. Must have rendered about 2 teaspoons of fat in the pan from the one link -good to soak the bread in.
Will have to go pick up more packs - 4/12 oz. Until now my go to hot link was Usinger's Andouille, also 4/12 oz. which are also VERY good, if you can't get to the B n B one's.
They also had the B n B brats, but being from Wisconsin, I'd take a polish, italian, or hot link over a brat any day.
