Ok. I'm not giving up on really good home cooking. But weekday cooking requires a different strategy. I just can't come home from work at 7:30 and start a meal. I need to eat before 9 pm. So I have this crockpot. Surely there is some things I can make that don't need as much prep time as ordinary cooking to put in the crockpot and let it do its magic. I'd love any and all suggestions steering towards the healthy side with not too many pre-made ingredients. Thanks for all in advance!
