Years ago, Boston had a fine Burmese restaurant in the Symphony area, and a sister to it in Cambridge. The national dish of Burma is a wonderful noodle soup called MOHINGA. Does anyone know of the whereabouts of a Burmese chef cooking here, or native Burmese cooks in New England? NYC has Minghala on the Lower East Side and uptown on Amsterdam Ave.
