Also I was reading, that chefs use at quite a variety and combination of meats in NYC to make these fabulous burgers, any suggestions of meats to combine for a great tasting yummy burger? What should I ask the butcher to do to make these burgers, I am inimitated by butchers because I am not really sure of what to ask for. One of the combos of meats for the incredible burger was short ribs, brisket, etc so what do you think and what should the butcher do so i I too can make a yummy multi meat combo that will be the best burger in the Nancy home restaurant?
