Make-ahead bundt cake?

I'd like to bake a cream-cheese filled bundt cake on Friday and take it to my sister's for early Sunday dinner (exact recipe here:

Any thoughts on how well it would keep? I assume it would need refrigeration given the cream cheese. Would removing it to room temperature for an hour or two before serving work?

If you don't think it would work, any suggestions on other desserts that would keep/travel well?
