Brunch menu challenge

So here's the thing. For complicated reasons, I will be making crepes filled with lobster and mushrooms in a creamy hollandaise-type sauce. So rather than just me and my husband wallowing in this decadent dish by ourselves, we've invited friends for brunch on Sunday. Anyone care to help me fill out the rest of the menu?

I figure some sort of salad, of course. I also have on hand some smoked salmon, a large wheel of brie and can get my hands on most other ingredients I might need. Any and all suggestions would be gratefully accepted.

I have some prosecco in the house to serve with what? Orange juice? Plain? Will make cappuccino to order.

Muffins? Coffee cake? Other dessert?

I've clearly been working too hard this week and my brain has gone dry.
