I recently watched a show on the cooking channel where the host visited a bunch of NY pizza places trying to decide what he would combine to make the best. Of course he visited Grimaldi's, Totonno's and I think he also hit DiFara's, but there was another one he visited I think it was either wood or coal oven, thin crust with a good char on it, anyone know where I'm talking about?
