I lived in the UK in 1997 and one of the things I really miss is having a bowl of muesli with yogurt. It wouldn't take more than about 10 minutes of soaking to get the muesli to the perfect consistency (definitely no soaking overnight.)

But I can't remember what kind of muesli it was (only that sometimes I'd buy a brand and it was disgusting and flavorless, while another brand would be delicious.) And I can't seem to find this same kind of muesli in the US anywhere. The ones I've purchased look more like cereal (with actual flakes) or funny fiber twigs. The muesli I remember looked more like oatmeal, much smaller pieces, and powdery.

Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for and where (retail or online) I can buy some?
