He showcased the "Asian Cowboy" burger from his Burlap restaurant. and a "baconnaise" recipe - mayo made with bacon fat. and he had some bratwurst on the grill, as well.
I have no clue about how the burger tastes, but it sounds good (I love spicy and savoury),.
Chef Malarkey's appearance was great, lots of energy and very funny .
My only question was, did he overwork the burger patties before he put them on the grill?
