breakfast and taco stops on 101?

chibi | Apr 4, 200308:38 PM     7

I will be making a touch-and-go visit to the Bay Area shortly. The morning we arrive, we need to drive from SFO down to the San Juan Bautista/Hollister area. Can anyone recommend places for breakfast along the way, but only a quick hop off the highway? I've been craving thick fluffy pancakes (preferably blueberry) and a thick slab of ham. Because, as you know, when the maple syrup hits up against the ham... magic. And since we will be severely jet lagged we will also need damn fine coffee as black as a moonless night.

And, where would one find taco trucks? I noticed a mention of Middleton road in Redwood City by Yimster.
