I got there at 8:30, and while it was busy, there was not a wait.
Service was efficient and prompt. Typical deli service, no nonsense with lots of busboys delivering water and coffee and busing tables.
I ordered the bacon and eggs with sourdough toast. The over-medium eggs were done perfectly runny but the whites were fully cooked. The bacon was outstanding: crisp and flat. Fully cooked and crunchy, but not burned. The hash browns were also very good. They had a thin crust to them, but were creamy inside. Good flavor, too.
Word of warning, though: Theres construction on Beverly. I think theyre landscaping. And the sidewalks one street over, on Rodeo, are completely torn up. There are large piles of dirt along the street. So traffic in the area is a bit snarled. There are also a lot of motorcycle cops, so watch where you park.
