I have always wanted to experiment with making the ultimate breaded fried chicken wings. I love them. But now with health concerns, I can't see eating them ofen enough to try out ideas.
First I wonder what your favorite recipe is for that super crispy shell and at what temp you would fry at? 350? Whats better deep frying or pan frying if you want greaseless as possible?
And finally what I have always wondered...has anybody boiled their wings first before coating and frying? It just seems like that process would enhance the crisp and texture of the wing.
