Bread at Zabar's

A few days ago, I strolled into Zabar's for the first time in about twenty years. Having an olive bar by the window is good bait.

Anyway, I went to their baked goods section to buy a croissant bread pudding concoction, and asked what the ingredients were (raisins for me are great; stewed ones, no dice). Neither of the two employees could help. Why aren't the ingredients written on the back of the sign(s)?

Nonetheless, it was a good purchase, and better yet, it didn't have stewed raisins.
