Bread question

Can I make bread out of any fine-ground flour in the world, just by adding gluten? (like cornmeal, rye flour, fine-ground oats, etc). I am finding surprisingly little information on it. Are there certain things that yeast will and won't eat, or will it eat pretty much any grain?
