Help! My venerable Regal bread machine has finally died. I need recommendations for a new one. I've tried 2 different new models and hated them both. The 2 things that the new ones lack are:
1. a kneading pin (removable) so that the dough is actually kneaded instead of (very inadequately) stirred and
2. a removable pan. How the #@$%^*# are you supposed to clean a pan that has had dough or bread made in it when it is part of the machine?
I have a Kitchen Aid with a dough hook for making mass quantities, but the machine is very handy for making just enough dough for 1 pizza or 1 batch of sticky buns. Not to mention the handy timer dealie so that the dough is ready when you get home from work or out of bed in the morning.
Any leads will be greatly appreciated!
