Checked out this new JP bakery twice over the weekend. Everything looked great. Split a palmier w/my daughter. Excellent puff pastry, light not greasy with just the right amount of sugar. As we were eating it we watched them rolling out the puff pastry in the back. Got a loaf of cracked wheat to bring home for our ratatouille. Outstanding crust......on the thinner side (which I prefer) but marvelous crispness and an excellent blend of grains with a mild nuttiness.
Can't wait to try others. Foccacia looked good as did a fresh plum tart. Support our local bakeries!!!!!
