I braved the Shake Shack line, and it was worth it!

Decided to hit the Shake Shack opening day line, and it was not as bad as I thought. From stepping in line to food in hand, it was about 30 minutes. Employees handed out menus and custard samples while you waited, which was very good.

I ordered a Shackburger with pickles and fries. They hand you a pager with an order number which buzzed when your order is ready.

While waiting, I noticed that my fries were not listed on my receipt. I debated on asking for them, since it was opening day, and I sure as heck wasn't getting in line again. I mentioned it to the food runner, stating if they couldn't add them to my order it was fine, no big deal. They apologized, added them to my order and let me pay on the spot. Very nice!

Excellent customer service and everyone was super friendly amongst the chaos. The burger was cooked perfectly and the lettuce and pickles were cold and fresh. Crinkle cut fries were non-greasy and very tasty.

All in all, two big thumbs up. An excellent addition to the area and I'm sure I'll be back again!
